Dr Tom Moloney is an ophthalmologist specialising in cataract surgery, pterygium surgery and diseases/surgery of the retina and macula.
Dr Moloney studied Medicine at the University of Queensland then completed specialist ophthalmology training in Queensland. He then undertook an additional 2.5 years of medical and surgical retinal fellowship training at the prestigious Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. He was awarded the RANZCO Topham Scholarship to support his fellowship training in the United Kingdom.
